OECD REPORT: We need price on agricultural emissions

THE OECD says New Zealand needs to put a price on greenhouse gases from the agricultural sector.

In a report out this morning, the organisation says the Emissions Trading Scheme can help New Zealand to cut emissions, but the current exemption from liability for biological emissions has to go.
